Prospective new members are welcome to attend one coached track session for free to help them get a feel for the club, and our training sessions, before committing to joining the club.
Our coached sessions cater for ALL abilities and levels of experience from complete beginners to competitive sprinters, marathoners and ultra runners.
Our Sprint/Hurdles training group offers taster sessions on the first Tuesday and Thursday of each month. Beginners or those new to the Club should arrive shortly before 7pm and make yourself known to whoever is doing our register at the track entrance. Please come dressed ready to run as we do not have changing facilities. Bring water and decent trainers – spikes are optional.
