DetailsStrength and Conditioning session lead by a Leadership in Running Fitness (LIRF) Instructor. Places are limited so please request a place via our WhatsApp or Facebook Groups to avoid disappointment. Coached track session suitable for athletes of all abilities and levels of experience. Hill session lead by a Leadership in Running Fitness (LIRF) Instructor. These sessions are not every Saturday and are held when there is sufficient demand.

All members are also entitled to free use of the athletics track on Saturday mornings 10:00am–11:00am for their own training. Please note that this time is shared with our Saturday morning coached session for Juniors.

Track Fees

Members have the option of the following two methods of paying for Coached Track Training:

  • £4 per session (Pay as you go) – payment by card at the track.
  • £15 per calendar month (for any number of sessions) – payment by bank transfer at the beginning of each month.

All non-track based training sessions held by the club are included in your membership.

We do not accept cash payments. You are welcome to join us for a free ‘taster’ session on the track before joining the club. Please email [email protected] for more information. We charge members for track use in order to cover the costs of track hire and Coaches.

PLEASE NOTE: All our Committee Members and Member Coaches are volunteers and give their time for the benefit of the athletes. Your membership and track fees are used for League Affiliations, Track Hire, Equipment, EA Coaches etc. In the event of track closure due to inclement weather, we are not able to offer refunds for pre-paid calendar month track fees.
