ROAD RUN: 10K road run every Thursday around Rotherhithe lead by a Leadership in Running Fitness (LIRF) Instructor.
|Hill repeats and interval training led by a Leadership in Running Fitness (LIRF) Instructor. Please check before attending.||Long / Marathon training run in a range of pacing groups. Location and route can change depending on the training needs of those attending. Please check before attending.|
All members are also entitled to free use of the athletics track on Saturday mornings 10:00am–11:00am for their own training. Please note that this time is shared with our Saturday morning coached session for Juniors.
Members have the option of the following two methods of paying for Coached Track Training:
- £4 per session (Pay as you go) – payment by card at the track.
- £15 per calendar month (for any number of sessions) – payment by bank transfer at the beginning of each month.
Payment details will be emailed to you when you join London City AC. We do not accept cash payments. You are welcome to join us for a free ‘taster’ session on the track before joining the club. Please email [email protected] for more information. We charge members for track use in order to cover the costs of track hire and Coaches.
