Strava (the Swedish word for ‘Strive’) is a social network for athletes. We have a London City AC club page on Strava so our members can share their activities and socialise.
Every Saturday morning at 9am in Southwark Park, outside our track, local volunteers host Southwark parkrun. A free and friendly run for all.
King’s College London AC are our partners at Southwark Athletics Centre. We train together and we are the joint host clubs for the centre.
In 2016 three members of our club set up a free social running club based near Tower Bridge, providing runners of all abilities with opportunities to run and socialise.
Our members with EA Affiliation get a Power of 10 profile. Power of 10 lists race results and produces athlete and club rankings.
We participate in the Metropolitan League for Cross Country every winter. The league formed in 1966 and is made up of 22 athletics and running clubs.
We are affiliated with Surrey Athletics and we participate in the Surrey Road League every summer.

UKA / British Athletics is the governing body for the sport of athletics in the United Kingdom. It is responsible for overseeing the governance of athletics events in the UK as well as athletes, their development, and athletics officials.
England Athletics develop grass roots athletics in England, supporting affiliated clubs to prosper, developing more and better coaches, recruiting and supporting volunteers and officials. England Athletics provides and supports competition opportunities at an international, national, area and county level.
SEAA is the governing body for athletics in the South of England.

Based at Bacon’s College in Southwark, LPESSN is a progressive organisation which works with over 125 primary, secondary & special schools to development physical education & school sport.
Everyone Active are responsible for managing the facilities at Southwark Athletics Centre.
We work with Southwark Council to promote and provide athletics to the local community.
